  5. Proudest moment? Completing Ulan Nutritional Training Program - So many challenges and breakdowns overcome in the process, and so much personal and professional growth realized.

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Ugh. The shame! McConnell's salted caramel chip.

  8. 3 things you love about yourself? Growth mindset, perseverance, integrity

  9. Night time routine? Yikes, you're in my home now? Fine. In the following order: dinner, laughing attacks with my boyfriend, clean and put everything away, decompress with youtube or Netflix while bathing under my joovv red light therapy gadget, 20 minutes on my PEMF mat, and off to bed!

  10. Won’t leave the apartment without…? a bag of nourishing food!
